I am 5′3” 118 pound. I am very higher active. I eat a lot of food. I used to eat as much as my love who is a college football player (6′3” 225 pounds lol Anyway, the problem is I always gain some weight (5-10 pounds) during the winter holidays. Then, I have to work hard to lose those weight during the spring and summer. Please advice. How to manage my weight and my eating habbit during the winter holidays? Thank you so much.
