Menu Plan for September 13, 2009

Last week, I had a lot of fun making popsicles with the cantaloupe that was on sale, adding ginger for extra flavor punch.  In addition, we really liked the clean your freezer soup that I made in the crockpot with the addition of lentils and barley.  I’ll post the recipe tomorrow.
