I just came across Purina Pro Plan weight management food and was impressed by the guaranteed analysis (namely the 46% protein and only 8-12% fat).  Sounds exactly like what I was looking for, EXCEPT many of the ingredients are less than ideal (corn gluten meal, wheat gluten, etc.).
