Last week, we really enjoyed the enchilada stacks, which is all too predictable given that we love Mexican food and anything spicy. After several weeks (okay, may be more like a couple of months) of eating foods that I know are not particularly good for me (ice cream, late night chips, pizza, etc…) I stepped on the scale and noticed that I had put on a few pounds.
